Chafing, garter marks, and discomfort are all hallmarks of ill-fitting panties. Do yourself a favor and wear panties in your size to prevent any problem or embarassment. If you are unsure about your size, here’s how to find you panty size easy:
How to Find Your Panty Size
To measure your waist:
Bend a little to your side and mark the crease or indentation. This is your natural waist. Straighten up and wrap the tape measure snugly around your natural waist. Round off to the nearest whole inch to get your waist measurement.
To measure your hips:
Wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of your torso just below your waist and just above your thighs. Round off to the nearest whole inch to get your measurements.

You know you’re wearing the right size if:
- It sits naturally against your body.
- There is no excessive fabric anywhere.
- It doesn’t bind.
- The waistband stays in place and doesn’t bunch up or roll over in front.
- The panty legs don’t cause grooves along your thighs and the fabric doesn’t bunch or twist.
- Your buttocks are adequately cupped.
